Yosemite National Park is a popular hiking destination in California. It is home to magnificent waterfalls and beautiful scenery.
One of the most famous falls in Yosemite is, of course, Yosemite Falls. As the name suggests, it has a height of about 2,425 feet and is one of the most popular hikes in Yosemite National Park.
Yosemite Falls was created by a huge landslide that occurred about 1 million years ago. The resulting water flow cut through the valley creating cliffs and slopes that gradually became deeper as they receded from the valley floor over time.
